THE BIO FORM OF:Dawnpaw
Owned By: Fallingstar!
Name: Dawnpaw
Age: Seven moons
Gender: Female
Clan: ThunderClan
Ranking: Apprentice
Description:
\\Pelt//
Short, soft fur covers the majority of Dawnpaw’s body. Her fur is dense in leaf-bare and thins out in the warmer moons. The exception to Dawnpaw’s short fur length is her chest and part of her belly where her fur may hang lower in the colder moons.
This apprentice has a distinct Bengal pattern over her pelt. The base color of her fur being a faded caramel brown, the markings are a deep chocolate color. Spots fleck Dawnpaw’s coat all over her body. Though, the majority of the markings on her chest and legs are soft stripes. The fur on her muzzle melts from faded brown to ginger and then finally a soft white that starts at her bottom jaw and trails down her throat. Most of her Bengal markings are forgotten around her face and are replaced by busy tabby stripes.
\\Build//
Dawnpaw is a sturdy she-cat, much like her clanmates. She is built for fighting in the forest, able to make her way though brambles and plow her way through shrubbery if need be. She might have muscle, but she's not the body-builder of cats. Despite her sturdy build, Dawnpaw is also quite a graceful she-cat. Her developing muscles roll smoothly under her pelt, giving her a graceful stature.
Although she is a young, sturdy she-cat, Dawnpaw also has some features of a cat whom could be moons older. It seems as though her growth is slightly uneven. Her personality and length of limb have far outgrown her fur and kit features. Her legs are long and limber, which speed her across the forest floor when needed. Though some of her features are quick growing, her body is sure to even out with training.
\\Eyes//
Dawnpaw's eyes are pools of hazel color. They are round and clear with when the apprentice is curious; slited and stormy when she is angry. Mostly the fist, though. If you look closely, you can see even the thin strands of green-brown tinted muscle that make up her iris. Her eyes could even be considered pretty to some cats. They might not be a shocking blue, leafy green, or deep brown, but maybe her eyes are border line of them all. Not too striking but nice nonetheless.
Thin lines of black outline Dawnpaw’s hazel eyes, flaring out slightly from the bottom to the top corner. This gives off the impression that she is wearing something to darken the fur under her eyes. Dawnpaw could care less of any effects.
\\Other//
Small ears adorn Dawnpaw’s head. Small, round ears; this can look slightly odd at times. Though this should change within a few moons. Dawnpaw’s face is also slightly round, again emphising her kitish appearance. Her face structure should also change with age.
Personality:
\\Quirky//
Dawnpaw was always the oddball cat. And she didn’t mind one bit. During her kithood, Dawnpaw wouldn’t take mush interest in things other kits did. She would rather play with her imagination. Her parents worried at first but eventually they learned to accept this and let her on her own accord. This pleased Dawnkit. Very much.
Socializing isn’t one of her strong suits, unlike most cats her age. Being socially awkward ads to Dawnpaw’s quirky attributes. Well, she is getting better with her social side, but this apprentice would rather stay with a small group or by herself than with a huge group of cats. So she isn’t entirely socially awkward, just touchy with many cats.
Her tongue is sharp for one so young, and it has stung one a many cat. But even though Dawnpaw’s tongue can be sharp, she never wanted to be a bully. So, she decided that after a bit of test running, her tongue should stay in her mouth. Now the little amount that Dawnpaw would say at first was cut in half.
\\Gentle//
Dawnpaw could have made a good medicine cat. She always had an ultimate love for all living things. Now, you think that would be hard to live with yourself if you loved every sort of creature and you lived in a carnivorous clan. Well, it did trip up Dawnpaw at first.
One of her first memories was of when she was a kit. She had been so excited to be out of the Nursery for the first time, the kit had burst out of the bramble bush headfirst. To her horror, she rammed into the freshkill pile. A dead squirrel promptly slammed onto her head and filled her sight with fur. Shocked at first, Dawnkit scrabbled out from under the fluffy body then realized a new scent filled her nose. Death. What a shock for her it was. Cutting a long story short, she was dragged away from the pile by her mother in her state of stiff shock. Later that night, she could have been heard crying quietly for the medicine cat to revive the animal in her dreams.
You would have thought that such feelings would have been breed out of the clan, but apparently the genes were feeling like mixing something up for Dawnpaw. Soon after she did overcome her small plight of compassion for the little furry creatures, though she does shoot a dirty look at a cat who raids a nest of infant animals in times of plentiful prey. For now Dawnpaw tries to reserve her kindness for cats.
\\Reserved//
The reserved side of Dawnpaw goes hand in hand with her quirkiness. Well, almost hand in hand. Only a few cats know the true Dawnpaw, and those are the close friends of hers. She is the one to not have a huge group of friends and can care less about clicks. Quality over quantity, eh?
Sometimes a cat that doesn’t know the apprentice too well takes the reserved part of her as a grumpy trait. This in itself can make Dawnpaw unhappy and touchy. Dawnpaw often has to explain that just because she is quiet, doesn’t mean that she is pouting and grumpy. Well, all the time. Sometimes she just can be grumpy.
History:
//Kithood\\
Dawnkit was one kit of the litter born to her proud parents Lilypool and Gorsetail. Her brother, Stormkit was the only other kit in her litter. Lillypool and Gorsetail were beyond proud of their first litter, Gorsetail even took time from his warrior duties to toss moss for his kits. Both kits grew quickly, outgrowing their nest after a few moons. They both were quite close, Dawnkit and Stormkit, always in each others fur. Though in her later moons Dawnkit pretended to be bothered by the closeness that their relationship produced. But that was just pretending. She did, quite frankly, like having her brother around.
//Apprenticehood\\
A moon ago Dawnpaw and her brother were dubbed as apprentices. Both of their parents were extactic for them, even though Lillypool was slightly worry some. After all, having your first litter leave the den must be frightening. Besides the fact, the duo took on their duties with gusto, as all new apprentices do. They made their parents proud and all that hullabaloo.
Though, Dawnpaw feels as though her brother, Stormpaw took her spacing between them a bit to serious. She could see him glancing at her anxiously whenever they were together but not close. At first Dawnpaw though this was just the worrying of an over protective brother, but this treatment went on throughout their first moon of training. This even bugged her a bit; forcing her bit by bit away from her brother.
Dawnpaw couldn't have regretted anything more.
She missed her brother. All his cheep swings at her and his bold company. She missed it. She still misses it. Dawnpaw wants it back.
Other: Nothing related to this, no. Bwahahaha...

See, this is why I don't like that we can't see the boards. We forget to check if anything is done. Accepted! Remember to post in the Apprentice Tracker for a mentor!
